Submission of the Fine Arts Audition and Portfolio Link/URL

Art: All art portfolios are required to be uploaded digitally. Accepted formats include: Website, Google Drive (or other cloud-based storage) link, or Slideshow (PowerPoint or Google Slides). All portfolios should include a ‘key’ with Title/Description, size, and medium of the piece. Digital art should include the program used to create the work. Please submit any documents in .doc or .pdf format. If you have difficulty submitting your materials, please contact Trevor Baty, finearts@cornellcollege.edu.

Music: Students who wish to submit a pre-recorded audition should supply a link to their audition below. All-State student participants must submit their official letter of participation by February 15. If you have difficulty submitting your materials, please contact Trevor Baty, finearts@cornellcollege.edu.

Theatre and Dance: Students who wish to submit a pre-recorded audition should supply a link to their audition below. In addition to the audition, a headshot and resume are required for Theatre and Dance Award applicants. Please upload your materials to a Google Drive or other cloud storage and link the folder below. Please contact Trevor Baty, finearts@cornellcollege.edu for scheduling on campus auditions.

Art requirements: Submit an art portfolio of 5-15 high quality photos in JPEG format. Include the title, medium, and dimensions of each piece of art. The portfolio must be submitted as a link in this application or as email attachments to f inearts@cornellcollege.edu.

Playwriting and/or Dramaturgy - Submit a sample of your playwriting.
Production: Design, Technology, Stage Management - Submit a portfolio displaying photos of your work and/or corresponding paperwork.

Present a solo performance of 2-3 minutes by submitting a recorded audition link in this application or by scheduling a live audition on campus as well as perform a short phrase taught by dance faculty.

Creative Writing: Submit a sample of your creative writing -- e.g., fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction. You may submit one piece or several pieces, totaling between 3-10 pages. Multimedia projects of equivalent length are welcomed. If submitting more than one piece, begin each piece on a new page. Each piece should have a title, and excerpts of longer works should be identified as such.
