Audition 101 is a crash course in preparing for your college performing arts scholarship audition. This is your opportunity to find out what professors are looking for.
 

Theatre Audition 101 - 12:30-2:30 p.m.
Registrations begins at Noon at the Thomas Commons

Music Audition 101 - 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Registrations begin at 2:00 p.m. at Kimmel Theatre



Cornell College's Theatre Audition 101 Clinic includes:

  • Discussion of selecting monologues for high school and college auditions
  • Ideas for questions to ask during auditions and interviews
  • Demonstrations by the Cornell student thespians


Cornell College's Music Audition 101 Clinic includes:

  • Discussion of suggested repertoire and stage presence
  • Ideas for questions to ask during auditions
  • Demonstrations by Cornell student musicians
  • One-on-one sessions with faculty on audition repertoire (if notified of title/composer 7 days in advance)
